Prepared properly

We removed all the worn materials and created a smooth, stable base, so the new felt would bond correctly and perform at its best.

Torch-on felt

A multi-layer torch-on felt system went down, each layer heated and fused for a joint-free, watertight finish that resists leaks and UV and stands up to heavy rain and strong wind.

The result

A smart, professional flat roof with low upkeep, built to handle the British weather for years.

Whole roof replaced, joists included

They were very quick for inspection and doing the job, competitive on price and did a good job in replacing the whole roof including joists and patching the concrete on the side. They cleaned up the space after and were prompt with communication. My only gripe is that they did not reattach the existing netting to how it was before, but it was just left semi-covering the space. Overall I would recommend them. I will try to post updates on the roof in the following years as well.
