The old roof covering came off safely and quickly, and the structure was checked to make sure there was a solid base for the new roof.
Modern breathable felt went across the whole roof to let moisture out and keep wind and rain out. Treated battens were fixed and spaced accurately for a clean tile layout, then the new tiles were laid with care for a uniform finish.
A dry ridge system was fitted along the top. It needs no mortar, stands up to storms better, cuts future maintenance and improves airflow in the roof space.

Francis and his team popped round to clear my gutters less than a day after I contacted them - prompt and professional, will use again.Read it on Google
They were very quick for inspection and doing the job, competitive on price and did a good job in replacing the whole roof including joists and patching the concrete on the side. They cleaned up the space after and were prompt with communication. My only gripe is that they did not reattach the existing netting to how it was before, but it was just left semi-covering the space. Overall I would recommend them. I will try to post updates on the roof in the following years as well.Read it on Google
